Grüner Veltliner, pilule Welschriesling. Diskretes Aroma von gepfefferten Birnen. Rassige gut eingebunden Säure. Leichtgewichtig aber mit substantiellen mittleren Gaumen. Ein „weinige“ Leichtwein.

This blend of Grüner Veltliner and Welschriesling has a discreet aroma of peppered pear. The acid is racy, check yet well-integrated. Allthough light-bodied there is good texture mid-palate making this wine not only a great aperitif, but a substantial enough wine for a noble picnic.

2008 Winifred
Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt. Herb-fruchtig mit Jostabeeren und diskrete Rhabarber. Zarte Tannine harmonieren mit knackiger Säure um eine recht feste Struktur zu ergeben. Appetitlicher, etwas ernsthaftere Rosé.

This rosé is a blend of Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt has a savoury-fruity aroma of gooseberry, rhubarb, and black currant leaf. Subtle tannin is in harmony with the crisp acid comprising a firm stucture. This is an appetizing, but by no means frivolous rosé.

2007 Timotheus
Grüner Veltliner, Weissburgunder. Ausgeprägt blumig. Kamille, Minze, Eibisch und Pink Grapefruit. Sämige Körper mit leichtfüßiger Säure. Ganz zarte geröstete Haselnüsse am Finish.

This blend of Grüner Veltliner and Pinot Blanc has a pronounced floral character. Chamomile, mint, musk mallow and pink grapefruit on the nose and in the mouth. A satiny body is lifted with light-footed acid. Subtle roasted hazelnuts linger on the finish.

2007 Joschuari
Blaufränkisch. Ausgeprägtes Preiselbeere, Sauerkirsch, knusprige Herbstblätter und Tabak.

This Blaufränkisch exhibits intense aromas of lingonberry, amarelle cherry, crisp autumn leaves and tobacco.

2007 Mechthild
Ein vollmündiger Weißwein mit Aromen von Eibisch, Jasmin Tee, gelbe Ribisel und Golden Delicious. Lebendige, gut integrierte Säure. Langem Abgang mit Limette, Lindenblüten, Sellerie und kühle Mineralik. Überzeugender Burgundertypus.

This full-bodied white wine has aromas of musk mallow, jasmine tea, yellow currant and Golden delicious apple. Lively acid is well-integrated in the creamy body. Th finish is long and exhibits lime, linden blossom, celery and cool wet rot. A convincing wine reminiscent of a white Burgundy in style.

2007 Bertholdi
Komplex mit konzentriertes Weichselfrucht, Heidekraut und Graphit. Sehr saftige elegante Säure und feingliedrige Tannine. Lange, tiefgründiger Finale mit Rhabarber, Himbeergelée und balsamische Noten.

A complex nose displays amarelle cherry, heather, and graphite. Very juicy acid lifts these aromas in the mouth and the medium body is laces with fine-boned tannins. The long, deep finis lingers with rhubarb, raspberry jelly and balasamic notes.
